the black bars that say, "Apply, Retry, Discard... cover a line of text. I can't move them. Reading and/or editing what's under them is difficult. Is there something I am missing? Can you make a change?

These bars have been rewritten. They should now no longer stick around, but you still have to hit apply to get them go away.
