Codex entries in series books is global by default

Would it be possible to have codex entries for a book in a series default to global? I just imported 2 books and created all the codex entries in book one and then had to go back and make them all global so they showed up in book 2.
Or if there could be a way to bulk select and edit multiple entries at the same time, that would be cool too.

is this still needed? we have added the option to create new codex links in the series by default a while back.

When you use the chat codex extraction feature, there already is an option to add the entries to the series. When adding entries by hand, make sure you have the series tab open, which will "default" to that being the scope.
Bulk Moving is definitely something we want to add though.
