“Copy All Prose” and “Copy Scene Prose” functions (from “Plan” & “Write” views) should include the chapter’s/scene’s Markdown formatting in what’s copied, since it’s valuable information for many possible destinations.

If an unformatted copy (as it does now) is still a valuable options, these functions could either open a new submenu to choose with/without formatting, or the menu holding them could be expanded to offer both ways. Or, if & when Novelcrafter’s “General” settings expand, make this a global (per account) choice there, to always include/exclude MD formatting from the copy function.
