Easily replicated
Go to a chapter with no prose and populated scene beats
Collapse the scene beats
Add or delete a line between the scene beats, the page jumps to the right.
The carriage return is added to one of the closed scene beats.
Which is where NC thinks the cursor is....only it is not....
Even when cursor in indicated as being between closed scene beats.
The page jumps
Not all the time
Only around 75% of the time.....
Am sure this will occur in many other scenarios'....but, as I am working on scene beats currently, it kind of stands out as I need to keep dragging the page back to the left....

We internally tested this on different machines and with different setups, multiple times. We can't replicate this even once.
- What do you mean by "it jumps to the right"? Is there a scrollbar?
- When I hit enter it either adds a line after or before the beat, depending on where you were
Any images or videos of this happening would be very helpful to narrow this one down.

spaceemotion Here you go......
The last few seconds show two (Populated) scene beats being deleted as well.
All I was doing were carriage returns......
Clearly the misplaced cursor decided it had highlighted two scene beats instead of being placed elsewhere in the prose area.....
