Custom Codex Details - Visual Indication

I have a few text based custom codex entries and I collapse them for easier navigation, however I sometimes forget If I have filled them in or not. It would be nice to have a indication that a custom codex entry does indeed have text (like an icon or something).

funny. we had that in one of the earlier revisions. might have to bring it back :)

spaceemotion I have quite a few characters, so now redoing their codex's with this new update, but I keep losing track what I have and haven't filled in, that's where the thought came about.

spaceemotion Also, a food for thought - Let's say I add "age, gender, race, role" etc. All of these will be read by AI and as such, all of them will have the icon of "This field will be read by AI".

I have 10 custom codex entries and all of them have that icon, making it for visual clutter. What if instead of showing when something is read by AI, you show when it isn't? Something like what we have with the main codex entries and that crossed over eye icon.
