But when I need to add Codex Progressions when writing, it doesn't allow me to add headings. I can't paste with formatting or it breaks out of the box.

This. Especially we can already replace the entire codex detail in codex progressions. Being unable to use Markdown headers when we can use them in codices is kinda absurd.
