Import Characters/Locations into Codex from List (Text File or Similar)

When adding an existing novel, it would help to be able to import characters and locations from a list rather than enter/paste each one individually.
A list of characters and/or locations for this purpose can be easily extracted from an existing work using an AI (e.g. Claude).
This may be slightly similar to the Notion Integration feature request (https://feedback.novelcrafter.com/feedback/p/notion-integration), but could easily help people who don't use Notion. (I do use Notion a lot, but even so, a plain text file or similar might still be easier.

I would love this feature to come out! I use the codex using the Paint-By-Numbers method and my friend also wants to use it. but isn't up to manually copy and pasting 200+ codex entries, so seeing how exporting exists, it be nice if importing codex entries would be possible too!

Pretty much how we're able to copy a novel's codex into another novel, allow that to also be an import function, specifically NovelCrafter to NovelCrafter compatible - that way users could share their codex organisation entries with the community.

Hey ya'll =) Love novelcrafter. I would love to see that feature. got a zip file ready exactly how it's being exported since the export makes a great template. thanks for this awesome tool and keep it up 🌻

Random author here. I heard yesterday they are currently working on this, but it's not a function at the moment. Hopefully soon though.

Novelcrafter already has the ability to detect characters in your prose, it's just scene by scene right now. There is no "detect all please" feature yet.

I would like the option to import Codex entries too. I already have something similar built in MediaWiki and would like to import those entries into the codex.
