Re-ordering scenes and chapters to new acts is cumbersome, if not impossible in some cases.

The scene summaries get in the way of this action. If they are too long, it becomes near impossible to drag things to where they need to go. The summaries cannot be hidden or obfuscated to help with this. If a user has many acts, scenes or chapters. Re-arranging is extremely difficult.

It seems like you could provide another view within Plan alongside Grid, Matrix, Outline. Which is just purely Organize. No summaries, just titles. Just the minimum elements a user would need to efficiently re-organize, re-structure a project.
