Open Novel to Last Scene Edited Option

As a user, I would like to have the option to open a novel directly to the last scene I was working in. This could be a setting that a user can select or deselect. So, when clicking on a novel, the setting could be either to open into the "plan" workspace or open in "write" in the last scene edited. It could either be a system-wide setting or a novel-by-novel setting.
Perhaps, if opening from the full list, it opens into Plan. If clicking a novel from the "Continue where you left off" section, it would open to the last scene edited.

Could you also make it stay at the last edit, when you clear the filter? I clear the filter and then have to scroll all the way back down through it all to find where I was.
And when you add a new scene within a chapter, could you make a way to insert it at a specific number, rather than always at the end? It would save trying a couple times to drag it to the right point, if I could just move it to scene 3 and push the rest down. :)
