It would be great to have a section in each chapter for adding quick notes about the chapter. This is different from summarizing the chapter. A little section for adding any quick ideas or thoughts about the chapter. Useful for editing, revising and plot continuity, among other things.

Not sure what Gainsboro meant specifically, but I liked this idea because I pictured it as different from a section inside the Write interface, bit that it's something in the Plan interface, maybe a little 'i' icon, or a collapsible something or other, that you could view when in the Plan interface.
What I do now for this is, in the scene summary, I put notes to myself ALL IN CAPS, highlighted in a color, things like, "Maybe here, or maybe after XYZ moment?" or "Find notes about the bad guys following them" or stuff like that. Which messes things up if I choose Full Novel Outline for chat, and makes the scene summary even longer.

How is this different from using a Section and excluding it from AI? Just trying to understand. :)

Neighbouring Anglerfish I'm picturing little pop up notes. Like post it notes that pop up in each chapter. Little squares that I can move around the screen, but are tied to that chapter specifically. I could add notes about the chapter. It would look just like a post-it note that popped up in the chapter. I could make one or several, depending on how many I wanted. I wouldn't need to open up another section to find information.

Also, I could choose whether I want the AI to consider or ignore the post-it notes.

These would literally look like post-it notes on a whiteboard or wall. Maybe even have different color options. I could use blue ones for characters, red ones for objects, or whatever. Of course these features would all be optional, depending on the individual preferences of the writer.
