Desperately need this. Things change often particularly during revision. It's a huge time waster to hunt for words that must be changed. UPVOTE

We definitely need this one. I change
names all the time. Especially when revising. Absolute must-have for
me.

I definitely think that there should be a search and replace, but I also really think that an advanced mode with REGEX would be really useful.

Plus one! What would also be cool would be a feature that could rename a Codex entry wherever it appeared (but I’d want find/replace as a separate function as well). That would let us change the name of a character easily, but also easily find every instance of “like a physical blow” and deal with them appropriately.

Would be AWESOME and actually logical to have a full book word-replace. For instance, if the name of a character needs to be changed, having the ability to change that spelling of that word for the entire book. Word Swap. As we are developing worlds, sometimes we decide to change the name of items or characters. It's a massive time consuming task to go through a book to find all instances to be changed.

I would like the feature to be automatic. If you change the name of an Codex entry it would auto update all entries to match the change (also Aliases/nicknames). As an example I have 1,000 uses of the name of character and now I want to change the spelling. Simply changing it in the codex would change all entires of that name.

Up vote, have to change the name of the main character. Manually doing this will be annoying without this feature.
