When highlighting a pronoun, offer to replace it with a codex name instead of offering to create a codex entry

When I double click on "he" I don't ever want to make a codex entry called "he", I am about to type the name in to be explicit in a story beat or summary. It would be handy if the editor recognized that and offered to substitute in a codex name.

Hmm, this will be a bit weird/difficult for novels not written in English.

True, but you could localize the target strings. Worst case, for a language with complicated pronouns, you could leave the loc token empty and not support it in that language.
