context.codex returning unrelated codex entries

In my prompt for the AI to write out a beat, I have {context.codex} but in the final prompt, it's adding a bunch of codex entries with no relationship to the scene.

hi there! do you have a specific example? do you have any global entries that could be added by the system? so far there haven't been any false positives yet, so this is quite strange..

It's specifically happening with my prompts, not sure how to show them to you. For example I have a scene with two characters having a conversation. Context.codex brings in several codex entries from other characters who are not in the scene, not mentioned in the scene, and not nested references in either of the two characters who are.

Registered Goose: Weird - do you have any global entries by chance that could influence this? And/or are there any manual references added to the scene (via the +Codex button)?
