Sync failed An error occurred while saving your data: NetworkError when attempting to fetch resource.. If this issue persists, please contact support. I received this message randomly, perhaps a half dozen times while I was writing yesterday, and it has reappeared three times today so far.

The following error keeps appearing: An error occurred while saving your data: Unauthorized. If this issue persists, please contact support. When I hover over sync (which is now in red and saying "error") it says "TRPCClientError: Unauthorized" When refreshing the webpage it signed me out and made me sign back in - this led to data being lost (I exported before doing this)

Intermittently, when making a first change in a scene, the cursor jumps to the end of the scene, leaving the first character written in the place where it was before and starting to write in the new place.

Hello, today, I was doing a test with the NC Section labels, for a personalized prompt. The question I have, I don't know if it's a bug or maybe I'm misusing it, but when I test the prompt, it creates the sections for me but it gives too much space between my scene beat and the text generated by the AI. I'm attaching a screenshot below. In general, that label seems like a great addiction to me, since it helps me a lot with the organization. But anyway, thank you very much.

Keeps Crashing out of nowhere Every time i go to have the ai write whatever model it is it keeps crashing the sight for some reason

I can't delete some labels — the trash bin is greyed out. I thought it was because they are used, but no.

I have been using the service for a few months with no issues on safari and chrome mobile using OpenAi and Openrouter. They all stopped working yesterday on all mobile browsers for me. Have tried on two iPhones with my accounts. All desktop browsers work fine, chrome, safari, Firefox etc… An attempt to connect to any ai now says: “No Models found This could mean that the connection is not configured correctly or that the vendor did not return any models. If applicable, make sure that CORS is enabled on the vendor's side. Failed to connect your account with OpenRouter Failed to connect your account with OpenRouter. Please try again, or contact support if the problem persists.”

In the book I'm writing, I got to the point after 25,000 words and writing one scene of a wedding night (which didn't have any explicit sexual description) Both Cloud Model 2 and Chatgpt Model 4.5 refuse to write and give me a warning Since these are the models I mostly wrote with It stops all my work...

I selected "chats" from the left panel (codex/snioppets/chats), "+ new thread", and then "select AI" -> "edit prompts". The chat stays open, and the prompt settings open underneath the chat. In other places, "edit prompts" navigates you out of where you are and to the prompt editor, so dismissing the chat would make sense. I could also see pinning the chat, to force the two panels not to overlap. But I do see that pinning is forbidden for empty (?) chats.
