Highlighting a paragraph and hitting a key by mistake can delete that section.

Just lost and entire chapter totaling 4 hours of writing out of nowhere. I have been writing on my iPad for this entire project and have never encountered this any of my prior projects. I don’t think I need to explain how incredibly disappointing, and disheartening this can be when you’ve been working so hard on a project and it’s just lost with no explanation.

I was working on my computer and finished through chapter 9. I closed down Safari and went to dinner. I came back and wrote chapter 10 on my iPad. I decided to move back to my computer so I close down Safari on my iPad. When I went to my computers, chapters 8, 9, and 10 are missing. I go back to my iPad and they are not there. This is ridiculous. If you software loses data, why should I use it? If I don’t get an answer, I’m moving to another platform.

When I try to generate AI test I get the first error, despite me having 3k words written. I have characters and world details in the codex as well, as instructed via tutorials. When I select the 'Generate Press' button, I get the second error. I am connected to OpenRouter and OpenAI and placed 10 dollars USD in them. So they should be operational. I am certain i set something up wrong, but I for the life of me cannot figure out what. Any insight would be great. Thanks for your time, David Konkol madoverlordphone@gmail.com

I previously used Jasper and then Sudowrite - neither were good for novelists. Tried this one on trial but after 2 weeks of reading, watching and trying to follow YouTube tutorials I'll leave frustrated. You seriously need to think about users who do not fall into the tech pool that would like to use your product. Most of the instructions and how to videos are too laden with jargon, some are just unwatchable with slurping presenters, and most have no path of knowledge sharing.

I keep getting the error 429 saying I exceeded my current quota. I just paid for the subscription Artisan and paid $10 to add credit. I tried to use chat to put in a prompt and this error keeps popping up. Please help.

When I press "/" + enter, the blue window isn't opening. Also, when I try to generate from Sonnet 3.5, it's giving me an error with code in it, part of which reads Resource exhausted try again later. I have money in my Open Router account, so that's not the problem.

Can we roll back to early today somehow? I can't believe how much work I put into my novel over the weekend is just .... poof. I'm a paid subscriber also!

I'm trying to generate a prompt that gives a percentage of the total word count as part of the summary so I'll know if the structure is balanced (as is seen here https://blog.karenwoodward.org/2019/12/story-structure-heros-journey.html ). But the AI doesn't seem to know the total word count (though I know it does, I can see it in the Review pane also for each scene). Any ideas?
