Error when I try to Upload an Image to Codex

I keep getting this error when I try to upload an image in the upper right hand where the image goes in the codex.
An error occurred while saving your data:
Request timed out: POST https://novelcrafter-data-production.s3.eu-central-1.amazonaws.com/.

I have also experienced this error. They were jpg images. I tried converting to png images but still got an error.
