Help button covers Send button in chat after manually resizing window

When I manually resize the NC window while in Chat mode, the Help button steps on the Send button. Turning off the help button is a solution but it's always difficult to find the setting to enable it again. Perhaps lower the priority of the Help button so the Send button covers it instead - move Send to center of the prompt input window?
