I'm experiencing persistent issues with Novelcrafter on Windows 11 using Chrome:

Help Widget Error: Getting "Unable to open help widget. Please make sure you have disabled any ad blockers or privacy extensions" message constantly, even with all extensions disabled and working in clean browser environments.

500 Internal Server Errors: Receiving frequent 500 internal server errors during chat and writing sessions that prevent me from working.

System Details:

OS: Windows 11

Browser: Chrome (latest version)

Frequency: Multiple times daily, every day

Time zone: New Zealand (NZDT)

What I've tried:

Disabled all browser extensions

Tested in clean browser with no extensions

Tried different browsers

Turned off McAfee and adblockers

The issues persist across all troubleshooting attempts. This is blocking my ability to write and publish my books.
