Text size options, Page width options, not working on Edge

When I click on Format > Text size options > Nothing happens.
When I click on Format > Page width options > Nothing happens.
Everything else seems to work, but those two. This is on my Microsoft Edge Browser. I've tried a series of things. Nothing seems to change this behavior.

Hi there, I just tested this with Edge on Windows as well, and all the options work fine. Do you have a specific Screen size or set up (e.g. zoomed in page) that could cause this? Thanks in advance!

spaceemotion. Thanks for getting back to me. I kept investigating and discovered something I'm not sure will help others if they encounter the same thing, but here's what I did to fix it on my end.
My browser stopped updating itself. I don't know when, but something may have gotten corrupted and not alerted me (that part I didn't investigate further), but as such, a few of my browser extensions also stopped working. I decided after messing with it to reset the browser completely. 
This took a little while, but what took longer was having it synchronize with my other browser settings. This took hours. When I checked it again in the evening, it suddenly started to synchronize. Immediately after that I checked NC, and it was working perfectly. I'm not sure what happened, or why I wasn't getting errors. Or, for that matter, why it was selectively disabling things. But I have no problems now. I may investigate further, but honestly, I'm just glad it's working again.
