I paid for the Artisan subscription and I am under the 14 day free trial. 429

I keep getting the error 429 saying I exceeded my current quota. I just paid for the subscription Artisan and paid $10 to add credit. I tried to use chat to put in a prompt and this error keeps popping up. Please help.

Hi there, this canny page isn't really for support requests like these (we have the help bot or support@novelcrafter.com for that) - but Novelcrafter does not offer AI by itself. The error you are getting means you ran out of credit with the AI provider you chose (I am guessing OpenRouter), which means you need to top up with them.
