I pay by autopay monthly. Today is May 23rd. I paid on may 1st. I was in the middle of working on a manuscript when your website suddenly decided to kick me out and tell me that my subscription has expired.

Please fix the glitch so that I can get back on.

Or, If I need to re-subscribe, how will all seven of my books be saved to me?
