Nested references do not work properly when called from the scene-wide context

If you add a codex entry with nested references in the (a) scene context, only the parent entry is added to the beat context.
It works properly (with the nested references included) if the inclusion in the context stems from (b) the manuscript or (c) the scene beat.
Behaviour should be coherent across these 3 sources of context
